Returns and Refund policy

• Before returning any item, please contact Bekas with your order number and the name under which the order was placed. This ensures a smoother process. 

• The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

• When returning the product, it must be in its original condition. Please ensure that it does not contain any smell such as smoke, perfume, etc. and that the product should not be washed. It is best if you write to me beforehand or put a note in the package with the order number so that I can proceed with the complaint.

• Unclaimed orders or shipped orders that have been made with wrong and or incomplete information are automatically returned back to Bekas by the shipping provider. In a case like this, you may be eligible for a partial refund on the cost of the items or alternatively, reshipping is available however this can require the customer to cover the cost of shipping.
